Delete your J2 account

Deleting your account is permanent. Your saved contact details, addresses and notification registrations will be removed. Saved Square cards will be disabled and the J2 customer profile at Square will be removed, and you will lose access to account history.

The shop retains order, payment and delivery records needed to fulfill existing orders and maintain its business records. Deletion does not cancel an order or issue a refund. You can continue ordering as a guest.

Staff and driver access will end. Unfinished deliveries require the shop to arrange handoff. The last active owner must transfer ownership first.
